Privacy Policy
Effective: Last updated:
This policy explains what this website collects, what we do with it, and who else is involved. It covers automateclick.ai and the live voice demo on it. It does not replace any separate agreement we may have with you as a client.
Who we are
AutomateClick LLC (“AutomateClick”, “we”, “us”) is a Minnesota limited liability company. We build AI voice agents for businesses. We are responsible for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at jezeir@automateclick.com.
We sell to businesses in the United States. This policy is written for that audience. We are not holding ourselves out as complying with the privacy laws of other countries.
What we collect
There are only three places this website collects anything, and each one is something you actively start:
- The live voice demo — your voice, and what you say. See below.
- The contact form — the name, email address, optional company and message you type. We store these; see The contact form.
- Booking a call — handled by our scheduling provider, not here.
When you browse the rest of the site, we do not run analytics, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not set cookies. See Cookies and tracking.
The site is delivered by servers run by our hosting provider as part of our service. Those servers process each request your browser makes, which can include technical details such as your internet address. Our own website code does not record your internet address, apart from the short‑lived rate‑limit counts described under How long we keep it. What the hosting provider records in its own server logs depends on its service and settings. See Who else sees your information.
Our server does briefly handle your IP address to rate‑limit the demo so it cannot be abused by bots. That is held in the server’s memory for the length of the rate‑limit window and is not written to a database or a log file we keep.
The live voice demo
The demo is recorded. If you start a demo conversation, the audio and a written transcript are recorded and stored through our voice service provider, and the transcript is analysed by an AI model afterwards. You are talking to an AI, not a person. We have not set an automatic deletion period, so these recordings are kept until we delete them.
What happens when you run the demo:
- You tick a box to confirm you are not a bot, then tick a second box to agree to the recording.
- Your browser asks for microphone access. That is your device’s own permission prompt — it is separate from agreeing to be recorded.
- The call runs in your browser and is capped at five minutes.
- The audio, the transcript, and technical logs of the session are stored by our voice service provider.
- After the call, the transcript is analysed by an AI model, which records a short structured summary of the conversation — for example, what kind of business you mentioned, what the conversation was mostly about, how interested you seemed, and whether anything went wrong in the demo. We use this to improve the agent.
We do not ask you to identify yourself to use the demo, and we do not send our voice service provider any information about you. The only thing our server sends to start the call is which agent to run. Anything that identifies you in a recording is something you chose to say out loud during the conversation, so please do not share sensitive information with the demo.
We do not currently apply automatic redaction to these recordings or transcripts.
If you agree to the recording notice, we keep a short record that you did: the time, which version of the notice you agreed to, and the identifier of the call it produced. That record contains no audio, no transcript and no IP address. We keep it for as long as we keep the recording it relates to. If you ask us to delete your recording, we delete that record too.
The contact form
When you press send, your message is sent to our server and saved. We keep the name, email address, optional company and message you typed, the time we received it, and our records of the notification email we generate from it, which include a copy of your message.
We are notified by email at our business mailbox. The email is sent from our own address and contains what you wrote. Your address is set as the reply‑to, so replying goes to you. Administrators also see a notice in our dashboard with your name and company. If we reply from the dashboard, the reply is emailed to you and saved with your message.
Who can see it. In our dashboard, only people we have given an administrator account can read contact‑form messages. They are not shown to our clients or the public. That describes dashboard access only: the people who operate the systems behind it, and our providers, may also be able to reach the data directly through the database or our mailbox.
We use what you send to reply to you. We do not add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form. To limit spam we count recent submissions per internet address, in server memory only (see How long we keep it).
Hiding a message in our dashboard does not delete it. Deleting is a separate step; see How long we keep it and Your choices.
Booking a call
Our “Book Free Call” buttons are plain links that open our scheduling provider’s booking page in a new tab. Scheduling is not embedded in this site, so nothing about the booking happens here. Whatever you enter to book a meeting is collected by our scheduling provider under its own privacy policy, and we see the booking details for the meeting you book with us.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no social media script, no session recording, and nothing stored in your browser’s local storage. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from a third party.
That is why you are not seeing a cookie banner. A banner that did nothing would only be decoration. If we ever add anything that tracks you, we will add real controls at the same time and update this page.
The client dashboard at /dashboard/ is a separate, password‑protected
application and does use browser storage to keep you signed in. That is strictly
necessary for it to work, and it only applies once you log in.
Who else sees your information
We keep this list short on purpose. These are the only third parties involved in this website:
| Provider | What they handle | When |
|---|---|---|
| Our voice service provider | Runs the voice agent. Stores the demo audio, transcript and session logs, and generates the post‑call AI analysis. | Only if you start the demo |
| Our scheduling provider | Scheduling. Collects whatever you enter to book a meeting. | Only if you open a booking link |
| Our email provider | Delivers the notification of your contact‑form message to our mailbox, stores our copy of it, and carries any reply we send you. Also receives and stores emails you send us directly. | If you use the contact form or email us |
| Our hosting provider | Runs the servers that deliver this website and process requests to it, including contact‑form and demo requests, as part of our service. | Whenever you visit or use the site |
| Our database provider | Stores your contact‑form message and any demo consent record, as part of our service. | If you use the contact form or the demo |
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Emails you send us, and notifications of contact‑form messages — kept in our mailbox while we are in contact and for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete them.
- Contact‑form messages and our delivery records — stored in our database. We have not set an automatic deletion period, so they are kept until we delete them by hand. You can ask us to delete yours; see Your choices.
- Demo recordings, transcripts and the AI analysis — stored through our voice service provider. We have not set any automatic deletion period, so these are kept indefinitely until we delete them by hand. We are telling you this because it is what we actually do, not because we are claiming it is the right period — you can ask us to delete your recording at any time; see Your choices.
- Consent records — a short record that you agreed to the recording notice. Kept for as long as the recording it relates to, and deleted with it.
- Rate‑limit data — held in server memory only, for the length of the rate‑limit window, then discarded.
- Backups — copies of what we hold may exist in backups kept by us or by our providers. If we delete something from our active systems, copies in backups may remain until those backups are overwritten or deleted. We have not set a schedule for deleting backups.
Your choices
Whether a formal privacy law gives you these rights depends on where you live and on our size. Rather than argue about thresholds, we will honour these requests from anyone who asks:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete it, including a demo recording and its transcript.
- Ask us to correct something that is wrong.
- Tell us not to contact you again.
Email jezeir@automateclick.com and tell us what you want. We will reply. If you are asking about a demo recording, tell us roughly when you ran the demo so we can find it — we have no other way to identify which recording is yours, because we never asked who you were.
If you are asking about a contact‑form message, tell us the email address you used. We will ask you to confirm that you control that address before we act on a request about it. When we delete something we delete it from our active systems; copies in backups may remain (see How long we keep it).
We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Security
Our API keys are held on our server and never sent to your browser. The demo is rate‑limited and gated behind a bot check. The client dashboard is password‑protected with per‑client access restrictions.
No website is perfectly secure, and we are not claiming any certification or audit. If you believe you have found a security problem, please email us.
Children
This is a website for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the demo, email us and we will delete the recording.
Client dashboard
If you are a client with a login, the dashboard holds the information needed to run your service — your account details, your agents’ call history, and your billing records. How we handle that is governed by the agreement we have with you as a client, not by this website policy.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the dates at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will say so on the page rather than make you compare versions.
