TERMS
Terms of Use
Effective: Last updated:
These terms cover using this website and the live voice demo on it. They are not the contract for our paid services — if you become a client, a separate written agreement covers that work and takes precedence over this page.
Who these terms are with
This website is operated by AutomateClick LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. By using the site you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse, read, run the demo, and get in touch. Please do not:
- Use the site or the demo in a way that breaks the law.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the site’s security, rate limits, or the bot check on the demo.
- Use automated tools to hammer the demo or scrape the site.
- Copy the site’s content and present it as your own.
- Impersonate someone else when contacting us.
We may limit or block access to the demo if it is being abused. The demo is rate‑limited by design.
The live voice demo
The demo is an AI, and the conversation is recorded. Before the call starts you are asked to confirm you understand this. The audio and a written transcript are stored by our voice service provider, and the transcript is analysed by an AI model after the call. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Practical points:
- The demo is a demonstration, not a service you are buying. It is provided as‑is.
- It is capped at five minutes per call, and usage limits apply.
- Do not say anything sensitive to it. Do not share payment details, passwords, health information, or anyone else’s personal information.
- Nothing the demo says is an offer, a quote, a commitment, or advice. It is a sales demonstration and it can get things wrong.
- Do not use the demo to record or relay a third party’s voice without their agreement.
- You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the demo is intended for business use.
What this site is and isn’t
Everything on this site is marketing material about what we do. Figures, example workflows, and timelines shown on the site are illustrative — the “What You Get” flow is labelled as an example for that reason. What you would actually get depends on what we agree in writing.
Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.
Our content
The text, design, logo, illustrations, and code on this site belong to AutomateClick LLC or are used with permission. You may read and share links to it. Please do not republish it as your own or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse you.
Third‑party links
Some buttons take you off this site — booking opens our scheduling provider’s site, and the client login opens our dashboard. We do not control other companies’ sites or their terms, and linking to them is not an endorsement.
Availability
We do not promise the site or the demo will always be available. The demo depends on a third‑party voice provider and on your microphone and network, and it can be unavailable or fail. We may change or remove parts of the site at any time.
Disclaimer
The website and the demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutomateClick LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this website or the demo.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The dates at the top of the page show when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
